BTI Prepaid HR Services® provide clients with human resource services, maintenance of employee’s records, and other services as described below.

  5. Annual Employee Orientation
  6. Quarterly HR Newsletter
  7. HR Form Analyze
  8. Disciplinary/Write Up Guidance
  9. Employment Ad Development
  10. Up to 10 Interviews per Month
  11. Phone/E-Mail/On-Site Consultation on General HR/Training Related Issues
The agreed to Monthly Administrative Fee is inclusive of licensing fees, travel time, prep-time, design time, facilitation/consultation time, and on-site time at the Client. Other services offered are:
  1. HR Form Development
  2. Employee Handbook Development
  3. Performance Appraisal Guidance and Development
  4. HR SOP Development/Manual
  5. Job Description Development
  6. Labor Law Workshop(s)
Ownership of Materials: A Nonexclusive Licensing Agreement will be provided for all Training/HR materials. Client will receive a Nonexclusive Licensing Agreement, by BTI to utilize the applicable Selection Tools, Training Tools, Manuals, Modules and printed materials exclusively designed for the internal usage of the Client during the terms of the Agreement, as provided for in the Nonexclusive Licensing Agreement.

Competency: (if applicable) All in-house Process Owners will be required to attain proper certification and annual re-certification, in order to facilitate or administer any of the BTI processes. The materials designed and provided by BTI are to be used only by persons that have been certified by a BTI representative and or by a company certified professional(s).

  1. Our workshops are customized to meet your organizations goals and will prepare you to face the challenges of the next decade. Furthermore, BTI consultants offer assistance in developing: individualized training modules and manuals.
  2. BTI will revise and or develop your Company Employee Handbook. Every client organization?s employee handbook is unique, based on INDIVIDUAL state labor laws, compliances, and your company’s philosophy and goals.
  3. Our clients tell us, that one of the most popular and informative training endeavors is our Mentoring Program. An in-house Mentoring Program will naturally transform your company into a most progressive culture.
